Do you provide trading signals on Telegram?+
No. We do not provide trading tips, signals, or buy/sell recommendations on Telegram or any platform. Our Telegram bot @fxwithsid_bot is strictly for support, account access, and tool-related assistance. We may also share post-market case studies and observations (Market Logs) on public channels for educational purposes only — these are shared after market movement and should NOT be considered trade recommendations.
Does FxwithSid have a Telegram or WhatsApp group?+
We have NO Telegram channel or WhatsApp GROUP for tips/signals. We only operate a Telegram support BOT (@fxwithsid_bot) for account help. If anyone claims to represent FxwithSid via WhatsApp groups or unofficial channels offering tips, it is a scam.
When is my purchase activated?+

How do I get the indicator on TradingView?+
After purchase, go to the License page, submit your TradingView username, and our team approves invites within 12 hours.
Can I share my account or license?+
No. Each license is bound to one user and one TradingView username. Sharing results in revocation without refund.
What is your refund policy?+
Refunds are available ONLY for ETS AIO v6.0 and Reversal Sniper, within 15 days of purchase. All other products are non-refundable. See the Refund page for full terms.
How do bundle subscriptions renew?+
Bundles do NOT auto-renew. You will receive an email reminder before expiry to renew manually. Weekly access is permitted only once per registered user.
What does "Lifetime*" mean?+
*Lifetime access means access will continue for as long as TradingView permits personalized/private scripts and does not require strategy creators to remove or discontinue their scripts. Lifetime access is also subject to the continued availability and control of the creator's TradingView account and infrastructure. In the unlikely event that TradingView changes its policies regarding third-party/private scripts, forces script removal, or access becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond the creator's control (including account compromise, platform restrictions, or policy changes), continued access cannot be guaranteed.
Do Indicator or Bundle purchases unlock the courses?+
Yes — buy any Indicator or Bundle to unlock the full course library. Two exceptions: Trial plans and the Weekly Bundle do NOT unlock the full course library. Monthly Bundle users get complimentary FXWS Academy access. Lifetime* Bundle users get complimentary FXWS Academy access for life.
