This policy explains how Finance Up Pvt Ltd collects, uses and protects your information when you use FxwithSid.
1. Information We Collect
Account info (name, email, password hash), payment metadata (order ID, plan, timestamp — actual card details are processed by Razorpay and never stored by us), TradingView username submitted for indicator access, and basic usage analytics.
2. How We Use It
To deliver purchased products, provide TradingView invites, send transactional emails (renewal reminders, support), and improve our platform. We never sell your data.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card / UPI details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to those interactions.
4. Data Retention
Account and purchase records are retained as long as the account is active or as required by Indian tax & accounting law.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@fxwithsid.com. Some data must be retained for legal/tax purposes.
6. Cookies
We use minimal session storage and authentication tokens necessary for the platform to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
