Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy/sell/hold any security, or a solicitation to trade.
2. No SEBI Registration
Finance Up Pvt Ltd / FxwithSid is NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or stockbroker. We do not provide individual investment advice or portfolio management services.
3. License & Account
Each purchase grants a single, non-transferable license to one named user and one TradingView username. Account sharing, sub-licensing, redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation without refund.

5. Intellectual Property
All indicators, course material, written content, branding and trademarks are the exclusive property of Finance Up Pvt Ltd. Reverse-engineering, copying or redistributing the indicators or course material is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finance Up Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform or its tools.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Lifetime* Access — Important Disclaimer
*Lifetime access means access will continue for as long as TradingView permits personalized/private scripts and does not require strategy creators to remove or discontinue their scripts. Lifetime access is also subject to the continued availability and control of the creator's TradingView account and infrastructure. In the unlikely event that TradingView changes its policies regarding third-party/private scripts, forces script removal, or access becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond the creator's control (including account compromise, platform restrictions, or policy changes), continued access cannot be guaranteed.
